From material availability to design feasibility, we provide valuable insights to help customers bring their creative visions to life—ensuring that structural and material choices are both functional and aesthetic. We're here to assist with anywhere from 0% to 100% of the design as you'd like.
Our craftsmen are well-versed in hundreds of custom designs and can offer artistic advice upon request, adding a touch of refinement to each piece. As an appointment-only bespoke studio before launching Rumoir, our dedication to exceptional customer service has been integral to our growth, demonstrating the quality and care we bring to every interaction.
Our materials come directly from suppliers in source countries, including South Asia and Africa, ensuring authenticity and reducing costs by eliminating middleman fees. This approach allows us to offer high-end bespoke designs at an accessible price point.

Our leather is carefully sourced, and for metal elements, we use stainless steel plating—an industry standard among luxury brands. Alloy and palladium plating are also available upon request.

While we don’t typically offer exotic stones, we provide options in silver, gold, and small diamonds. A limited selection of premium stones can be sourced upon request, depending on our suppliers' stock.
